Key Service
Archival Resource Keys (ARK) are provided for data hosted on the OSDC by using the Open Cloud Consortium's Name Assigning Authority Number (NAAN). An ARK provides a persistent identifier for locating data and associated metadata. For example, the ARK for the Earth Observing-1 Mission is ark:/31807/osdc-c6458e33.
The location of this data can be found by using the OSDC key service. This is done by either directly using the URL: https://www.opensciencedatacloud.org/keyservice/ark:/31807/osdc-c6458e33 or by using the form below.
The metadata for OSDC datasets can be retrieved by appending a "?" to the ARK directly using the URL: https://www.opensciencedatacloud.org/keyservice/ark:/31807/osdc-c6458e33? or by using the form below.
If you have a dataset that you would like to contribute to the OSDC public data commons, you can apply to have your data hosted here.
